5. Data Processors and Third Parties

  • Web3Forms (form submissions) — processes name, email, and message content to deliver contact form submissions to us
  • Google Analytics (website analytics) — collects anonymized usage data only when you consent. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework
  • Vercel (website hosting) — serves the website and processes standard HTTP request data (IP address, user agent)

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

6. International Data Transfers

Some of our data processors (Google, Vercel, Web3Forms) are based in the United States. These transfers are protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Data Retention

Contact form data is retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction, unless a consulting engagement begins (in which case contractual retention periods apply). Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default settings (14 months). You may request deletion at any time.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data
